A 45 MINUTES INDOOR, TOTAL BODY CYCLING WORKOUT.

WHAT TO EXPECT

We bring you a 45-minute, indoor, total body cycling workout unlike anything else in town.

Led by motivating and inspiring instructors, you'll get lost to the beat of the music and find power in the energy of every other rider in the room. Ride the energy of the ‘pack’ as you pedal out of the saddle, perform handlebar pushups, build your core and raise your heart rate.

The workout

Our workouts take your mind off of everything - endorphins will be rushing through your body. In under an hour, you'll be completely revitalized.

Fueled by epic beats, our classes are built to give you that natural high. You'll be training your core and raising your heart rate. You'll also be working your upper body with small dumbells and then finish the workout with a deep stretch.

The equipment

At the start of each class you'll get a towel and cycling shoes so as to clip into your bike, giving you the best cycling experience possible. Our instructor will help you clip in and explain how the bike works.

Amazing lighting and a sick sound system are waiting for you! Our 45-minute BEAT session will you make you feel the burn!

Cardio, upper body strength, and 45 minutes in the fat burning zone (and loads of fun)!

Fully equipped.

We provide cycling shoes and towels for every class. Just bring your water bottle!
