The first part of our Abs & Booty classes is focused on bringing the heart rate up; during the second part, we slow things down and work more on lengthening the muscles, and aligning your movements with your breath.

This class is low impact, so everybody is welcome; bring your go-getter attitude and prepare for an intense and strong sweat session.

FIT BARRE

Always wanted to workout like a dancer?

Inspired by the warm-up of classical dance classes, Fit Barre is accessible for everyone. Without having to put on a pair of ‘pointé’ shoes you will activate your butt, thighs, abs, and arms and work on sculpting your body, improving your posture, and lengthening and strengthening your muscles.

PILATES

A special focus on smaller and deeper muscles.

Our floor pilates classes are a full-body experience. These fun-packed sessions focus less on the speed and quantity of exercises and more on the depth and quality of your movements. From core work to booty exercises (and don't forget those dreadful pushups), this class will give you a well-rounded workout and we guarantee you’ll be leaving with a smile! Suitable for all.

CARDIO DANCE

Is it a workout or a party? Both!

Join us for a dynamic, upbeat, sweat-tastic and exhilarating workout. Get ready to groove to many different genres of music, all while burning a bunch of calories. Low impact options are always applicable, so everybody is welcome! The aim here is to have fun and forget you are working out!

POWER YOGA

A higher intensity alternative to your typical yoga session.

Whether you want to maintain gains from pre-season training, or you want to tone and build your upper-body and core strength, our Power Flow classes will raise your body and mind to new heights.

This class is a higher intensity alternative to your typical workout and provides an opportunity to improve your practice no matter your level. It will comprise both challenging yoga postures designed to make you sweat and test your stamina, as well as an introduction to and perfection of advanced poses such as arm balance, forearm balance, handstand and inversions. We’ll also work on twists, chest and hip openers to balance out other workouts.

FLOW IN THE DARK (YOGA)

In this candle-lit class, there’s no comparison to your neighbor, no competition, no quest for perfection.

Focus on the inward and connect to your body in a completely new way. Enter this safe zone and move to the rhythm of the music. Challenge your body, empty your mind and relax in complete obscurity. Remember, whether you’re an absolute beginner or an advanced practitioner, when you flow in the dark, you are absolutely perfect as you are.

VINYASA YOGA

Vinyasa yoga is known as flow yoga, in that the focus is on synchronising the body, with the mind and the breath.

The class starts with a warm up, followed by a dynamic routine, finishing with a relaxing cool down. By linking your poses to your breath through every inhale and exhale, you become grounded and more in tune with yourself and the practice! This class is good for people who find it hard to focus in class. It keeps the body moving in a challenging, yet fun and energising way.
