We take care of (almost) everything! Just make sure to bring appropriate workout clothes, suitable footwear, and a water bottle. For Reformer classes, sticky socks are mandatory, you can find them for sale in every studio. Everything else is provided free of charge with every session: lockers, towels, cycling shoes, toiletries,… We provide free filtered water across our numerous water stations.

Absolutely! One of the great aspects of ANIMO is our classes' adaptability to all fitness levels. Whether it's adjusting resistance levels or alternative moves, our workouts cater to individual abilities. We encourage newcomers to take things at their own pace, have fun, and build confidence and strength with each session.

If you are pregnant, we highly recommend you check with your doctor before working out at ANIMO. You can also discuss this with your instructor who will guide you to the best of their availability. That said, we always advise following professional medical guidelines.

Not many, but a few important ones !
Leave your ego at the door. Go at your own pace while pushing your limits and focus on yourself. Even the best were once beginners.
Do not use your phone during the class. Leave it in your locker. Others will thank you for it and even better, you’ll have an excuse if you missed a work emergency. You can’t unsee things but you can not see them.
No talking with your neighbors, although singing along to the music and screaming is highly encouraged.

A dedicated turf track creates the perfect hybrid zone for functional, performance-driven cross-training.Access is included with your SWPC™ membership, which also unlocks unlimited entry to all three ANIMO studios and full use of the club’s unique wellness and fitness facilities.

If you would like to discover our classs in our 3 studios, our Discovery Pack is specifically made for new users. It allows you to try out any 3 classes of your choice across our 3 studios for a reduced price of €10 per session (total cost of €30). No joining or admin fees!
If you're interested in discovering our Social Wellness & Performance Club™ (SWPC™), we offer a Discovery Week Pass that gives you full access to the club for 7 days, just like a member. The pass is available for €70 for new visitors and €50 for existing Unlimited Members of our three studios.

In order to attend classes at ANIMO you should book your spot online before every session. To do so;
1 - Connect through our mobile app or website and create your account in a couple of clicks.
2 - Buy credits to book your class.
3 - Check out our schedule and book your classes online and choose your spot if needed.

Yes. It's important for us to know who's working out with us and to have your contact information. Creating an account is needed to attend, register and book classes. Don't worry, we respect your privacy.

We offer a pay-as-you-go formula for our three studios (Flagey, Louise & Brugmann) : you can buy as many or as few classes as you like. If you want to buy one class, that's fine. But, if you're joining regularly, our larger series offer a price discount.
ANIMO Unlimited (Studios only)
Enjoy unlimited access to all classes in our 3 studios (Flagey, Louise & Brugmann). Priority access to the schedule, book before everyone else. This membership renews automatically on a monthly basis and can be canceled anytime. Please be aware that once a subscription is renewed, it is binding and must be honored.
ANIMO Unlimited (SWPC + Studios)
Enjoy unlimited access to our SWPC™ (all day open-gym access, unlimited classes, social space access, discounts on services and treatments excluding medical) + unlimited classes in our three studios (Flagey, Louise & Brugmann). Priority access to the schedule, book before everyone else. This membership renews automatically on a monthly basis and can be canceled anytime. Please be aware that once a subscription is renewed, it is binding and must be honored.

To opt out of automatic renewal and transition to a new membership, members are kindly requested to contact ANIMO via email to request cancellation of their current subscription first, and then purchase the new one.

It is mandatory, for people having Unlimited memberships, to have a card on file on your account. This card is used to process your monthly payment and charge the no-show or late cancellation fees when needed.
In the event of non-payment, ANIMO reserves the right to take appropriate measures as outlined in our terms and conditions.

Credits or memberships cannot be shared.

Once a subscription is purchased or renewed, it becomes binding and must be honored. The only accepted reasons for a breach of contract, with proof required, are injuries or relocations.

The minimum age to access our classes is 18 years old (16 years old if you are accompanied by a parent or guardian).
Attending classes

Classes become available for booking 7 days in advance. Unlimited members enjoy early access to the schedule (8 days instead of 7).

If a spot becomes available up to 2 hours before the class, you will automatically be added to it and notified via email. Please note: remaining on the waitlist signals your interest in the class, and in such cases, your credit won't be returned if you're added automatically. Please be aware that staying on a waitlist during the 8 hours prior to the class means that you must attend the class if a spot gets available for you. So, if you're no longer interested in a class, we advise you to remove yourself from the waitlist to avoid being automatically added and risking the loss of your credit if you can't attend.
If you are on a waiting list and a spot becomes available less than 2 hours before you will get an email and have 15 minutes to confirm if you still want to attend the class.

As a first timer, it is really important that you show up and check-in at the reception at least 15 minutes before class starts : this will allow us to welcome you, answer any questions you may have, but most importantly it will give you the time needed to attend the first timer briefing.
For everyone else, please make sure to arrive at least 5 minutes before class. If you have still not checked-in at the time the class is scheduled to start, we reserve the right to give your spot away to someone on the waitlist. We will refuse access to those who arrive late so as to ensure an optimal experience for all athletes.

If you need to cancel or cannot attend a class, you must do so at least 8 hours before the scheduled time to avoid a 'late cancellation' penalty. Any cancellation made after this timeframe will be considered a 'late cancellation'. Credit holders will simply lose their credit for late cancellations or no-shows.
For our unlimited memberships, the first two 'late cancellations' within a rolling period of 31 days will not incur charges. However, starting from the 3rd late cancellation, a fee of €5 will be charged to your account. Additionally, all no-shows will be charged €10, starting from the 1st occurrence.
Please note that cancellations must be made through the Website or Application and will not be accepted via phone or email.

We understand that sometimes circumstances beyond your control may cause you to arrive late. Unfortunately, once the class has begun, we cannot admit latecomers. However, we're here to assist you and explore various options, such as finding an alternative class for you to attend.

They do, the expiring date of your credits is mentioned for every type of package. But we won’t let you waste your workouts easily, as their expiration nears we’ll make sure you know it!

We have 3 different studio locations : ANIMO Flagey (Chaussée de Vleurgat 73, 1050 Ixelles), ANIMO Louise (Avenue Louise 222A, 1050 Ixelles) and ANIMO Brugmann (Avenue Edith Cavell 16, 1180 Uccle).
We also have our Social Wellness & Performance Club™(Avenue d’Auderghem 68-70, 1040 Etterbeek) featuring a huge state-of-the-art performance focused training facility as well as a selection of our signature group fitness classes, an extensive spa & an innovative recovery space.
Our app or website provides convenient filters, allowing you to customize the schedule and focus on specific locations or concepts with ease.

We highly encourage all athletes to travel by foot, bike or public transport.
We have a dedicated bike storage at our Flagey and Louise studios. Please note that bike parking is only allowed in our dedicated parking zone and within the boundaries outlined by the marking on the floor. If it is full, we unfortunately have to ask that you park it on the street as parking outside of this zone is strictly forbidden.
If you are traveling from further away or wish to come by car, there are numerous parking spots available in the streets or indoor parkings like Indigo or BePark.

Absolutely! We offer keyless lockers that are free to use. They operate on a code combination setup for your convenience.

We try to avoid plastic as much as we can, we therefore provide free filtered water across our numerous water stations. Bring your own reusable bottle! If you happen to forget, eco-friendly carton water bottles are for sale at the bar.
(Please avoid reusable glass bottles to avoid any accident)

Yes, our 3 studios offer state of the art rain-showers. We can provide towels if needed and our changing rooms are also equipped with hair dryers, deodorant, body lotion and much more. We’ve got you covered!

Our Flagey and Louise studios have everything you could want and need to feel completely revived after every session. The ANIMO Cafés are open all day long to serve you a large selection of super-charged snacks, specialty coffee, and, of course, our signature superfood shakes.

We keep lost items for up to three weeks at the reception. After this two week period we donate everything to charity. Think you lost something? Just email us on hello@animo-studios.com or ask reception during your next visit.

Your current membership will be canceled without any fees, and you will receive a pro-rata refund for the unused days of your last month and start using your new membership straight away.

It features a huge state-of-the-art performance focused training facility as well as a selection of our signature group fitness classes, an extensive spa & an innovative recovery space.
Our app or website provides convenient filters, allowing you to customize the schedule and focus on specific locations or concepts with ease.

Of course, it’s the perfect spot to spend a few hours before or after your workout.

We highly encourage all athletes to travel by foot, bike or public transport and we have a dedicated bike storage at our SWPC™.
If you are traveling from further away or wish to come by car, there is a secure underground car park located 400m from the club, accessible to members free of charge as part of their membership.
To gain access, simply email hello@animo-studios.com with your license plate number, and they will provide you with all the necessary access and information.

Our club is home to our third ANIMO Café which is open all day long to serve you a large selection of super-charged snacks, specialty coffee, and, of course, our signature superfood shakes. It is open to the public.
We also serve food in our Social Space which is reserved for our members. Enjoy fresh, balanced, and nutritious dishes from our curated breakfast, lunch, and snack menus—served daily from 8 am on weekdays and 9 am on weekends. -

Yes, both changing rooms feature complimentary access to traditional hot saunas and steam rooms. Our club also features state-of-the-art rain showers, and we provide fresh towels for your convenience. You'll also find hair dryers, deodorant, body lotion, and much more available in our changing rooms.

Yes - the ANIMO App will remain your one-stop shop for all bookings. In the app, you’ll be able to book classes at all locations (Cinquantenaire, Brugmann, Flagey, and Louise) as well as all additional services offered at Cinquantenaire.

All treatments and services that we offer can be booked via the “Services” tab at the bottom of the Animo Studios App. Simply tap on "Services," select the treatment or session you’d like to book, and you’ll be redirected to purchase the correct pass. Once that’s done, you’ll be able to choose the date and time that works best for you. Your booking will then appear under “Your Bookings”, and you’ll receive a confirmation email shortly after.

All services and treatments are subject to a 24-hour cancellation policy.
This means that if you cancel at least 24 hours in advance, you will receive a full refund. However, if you cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled session or treatment, the full amount will be charged. -
Yes, non-members can book treatments & consultations. However:
Non-members have to pay the full treatment price whereas members enjoy reduced pricing for treatments (10% discount)
Non-members can access the club exclusively for their booked treatment/service but will not have access to other facilities such as the gym and classes.
Booking a treatment does not provide the same privileges as a day pass.
Non-members also have access to our café and our shop.
