JOINING FOR YOUR FIRST RIDE, TRAIN or MOVE SESSION? HERE IS WHAT TO EXPECT.

BOOK YOUR SESSION

  1. Connect through our mobile app or website.

  2. Create your account in a couple of clicks.

  3. Buy credits to book your class. To start, we suggest out Discovery offer which allows you to enjoy 3 classes for €10/class.

  4. Check out our schedule and book your classes online. For certain classes, you are required to choose a spot. Anywhere is fine, but if it is your first RIDE, perhaps you will feel more comfortable at the back!

WE TAKE CARE OF (ALMOST) EVERYTHING

Just make sure to bring appropriate workout clothes, suitable footwear, and a water bottle. Everything else is provided free of charge with every session: lockers, towels, cycling shoes, toiletries, …

CYCLING SHOES

Before each RIDE class, you will receive cycling shoes at reception so that you can clip into your bike. The shoes run small, so ask reception for an extra size up!

WATER

We encourage you to bring your own water bottle as filtered water is available throughout the studio.

CHECKING IN AT THE STUDIO

As a first timer, please show up and check-in at least 15 minutes before class starts. This will allow us to welcome you, answer any questions you may have, and give you the time needed to attend the first timer briefing. For everyone else, please make sure to arrive at least 5 minutes before class, otherwise your spot may be given away to someone else on the waitlist.

PRE-ORDER YOUR SHAKE

At reception, you have the opportunity to pre-order your post-workout shake, so that it’s ready for you as soon as you you finish your session! You can also order your shake while booking your workout online too.

WORKOUT TOWELS & LOCKERS

Leave your stuff and phone in one of our lockers, just choose a code combination and you’re good to go. When checking in, you will also always receive a small sweat towel to be used during your workout.

PRE-WORKOUT BRIEFING

A few minutes before the start of the session, your instructor will welcome all first timers into the studio. They will show you your spot, guide you through the workout, demonstrate how to use the equipment, and answer any questions you may have.

EQUIPMENT SET-UP FOR RIDE CLASSES

Adjust your bike to fit your body or ask the instructor for some help, they will be happy to do so. Before clipping in, check your pair of dumbbells, and, if needed, change the weights (find them at the front of the room). Clip in and enjoy the ride.

THE WORKOUT

We have one rule: leave your ego at the door. Go at your own pace while pushing your limits. No one is there to judge you, and, remember, even the best were once beginners. Second rule (we lied), please don’t forget to leave your phone in your locker.

WARM-UP

Every session starts with a warm-up and is then followed by short instructions. Any questions, just raise your hand. Our workouts can be adapted to any fitness level. Remember, you are always in control of your own efforts. We encourage first timers to go at their own pace and have fun.

STRETCH OUT

Every class finishes with a chill cool-down, where you stretch and enjoy that well earned post-workout high! After a ride class, just drop your cycling shoes and towel in the designated bins outside the room.

TIME TO REFUEL

SHOWERS

Enjoy our state of the art rain-showers after your session. There’s no need to bring your towels or toiletries, you’ll find everything you need in the changing rooms.

The changing rooms are also equipped with hair dryers, deodorant, body lotion and much more. We’ve got you covered!

ANIMO CAFE

The studio has everything you could want and need to feel completely revived after every session. ANIMO Café is open all day long to serve you a large selection of super-charged snacks, specialty coffee, and, of course, our signature superfood shakes.

  • We bring you a 50-minute, indoor, total body cycling workout unlike anything else in town.

    Led by motivating and inspiring instructors, you'll get lost to the beat of the music and find power in the energy of every other rider in the room. Ride the energy of the ‘pack’ as you pedal out of the saddle, perform handlebar pushups, build your core and raise your heart rate.
