WHAT TO EXPECT

50 minutes to push yourself to limits you never thought possible.

Our high intensity interval training workout provides you with a motivating environment to push your limits, no matter your level of fitness. Sessions are fun and supportive, guaranteeing optimal fitness results. Whether you’re a beginner or an advanced athlete, this is the ultimate workout for you.

The workout

Our workouts include interval routines and strength training that are proven to ramp up your metabolism so your body is burning calories for hours afterwards. In order to work both your strength & conditioning, you’ll switch between the ‘Skillmill’ and ‘Floor’ stations around 2 to 3 times during a 50-minute session.

Every session will build lean muscle and torch fat, in the most efficient way possible. You’ll be working the entire time, but at your own pace. We’re here to coach you and motivate you. The rest is up to you!

The equipment

The TRAIN room is devided into two zones. While booking your session you will have to chose your starting spot, you will then switch stations and workout in both zones during the session. Where you start therefore does not really matter.

  • Skillmill. A self propelled treadmill (the faster your run, the faster it goes) that allows everyday athletes to improve their power, speed, stamina and agility, and enjoy the benefits of professional sports training in a safe, engaging and effective way.
  • Floor. Composed of a bench with weights, a pull-up bar and a TRX band. The focus here is on strength development and muscle toning to increase your lean body mass and muscle definition. The bench is a fully integrated piece of equipment with dumbbells stored inside ranging from 2,5kg to 15kg. We also have heavier weights at the back, but since you're often working for 15+ reps, these should be enough.

Two workout zones.

You’ll rotate through the Skillmill and Floor stations in order to work both your strength & conditioning during every workout. You’ll run on a non-motorized treadmill and do strength training, broken into rounds.

 
 

A full body workout.

We focus on cardio, strength development and muscle toning with dumbbells and bodyweight training. The workout is designed to help you burn up to 1000 calories per session.

An immersive atmosphere.

Lights off, music on, workout in an inclusive, community-focused environment.

STRENGTH

In our STRENGTH classes we focus less on cardio and HIIT and more on lifting weights and bodyweight training, with the specific purpose of building lean muscle mass. Expect hypertrophy and some serious pump! Every class also includes with a short but intense metabolic conditioning part which will make sure you leave with that endorphin boost we all know you crave so much.

ABS & BOOTY

This class is specifically targeted for those looking to build strong glutes and a bulletproof core. Expect lots of lower body training, compound movements, as well as exercises that will target and isolate your abs and core.

Advanced

A more intense and competitive version of our regular TRAIN class. This full-body workout is accessible to athletes of all levels (except first timers) who have the right attitude and are willing to leave their ego at the door. If you are not willing to give 100%, this is not the right class for you.
