As Head of Concept (HOC), you are responsible for the full creative and operational development of one of ANIMO’s core class concepts. You own the programming, manage the coach team, and ensure consistent quality and performance across all touchpoints. You lead with structure, coach with intention, and build a concept that delivers every time.

  • Development (in case of new concept/spinoff/revamp) and continuous improvement of class blueprint and framework. You own your workout from A to Z and are responsible for the continuous development of the concept and programming.

  • Ensuring we continuously have a top-notch roster of coaches, in turn recruiting new talented coaches as required.

  • We expect you to always have a high-quality team that can teach the desired amount of time slots (as requested by head office).

  • Ensuring the classes are consistently of high quality, by performing quality management reviews as well as a comprehensive review (formal & written) review of all coaches on a periodic basis.

Key responsibilities

  • You are expected to analyze coach/concept statistics and act if certain benchmarks/ requirements are not met.

  • Proactively giving (or organizing) training to new and current coaches, in the form of workshops, trainings, academies, competition visits, etc.

  • You are also responsible for the logistics and communications of these trainings

  • You are also responsible for producing the content (manuals etc.) and any other resources needed for the training.

  • Responsible for scheduling and subbing of their concept.

  • Responsible for team building and team culture of your coaches.

  • Strong leadership and coaching background

  • Expertise in fitness programming and concept development

  • Ability to give constructive feedback and conduct formal evaluations

  • Excellent communication and team-building skills

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented

  • Comfortable working with KPIs and using data to make decisions

  • Passionate about elevating performance and community

  • Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments
