Flow between strength
and flexibility

FLOW is a continuous, mindful Vinyasa practice that focuses on fluid transitions and breath-synchronized movement. The class invites students to challenge themselves through the rhythm of breath, flexibility, mobility, and presence. Each movement is designed to promote a sense of ease, allowing students to connect deeply with their body while moving through familiar postures. The class ends with a gentle cool-down and guided rest, helping to restore balance and calm the mind.

  • Low impact classes are as important as high intensity workouts to build strong foundations in the body and in the mind. That’s why FLOW is an amazing opportunity for all athletes to work differently and to challenge themselves in a different way.

    Whether you’re flexible or not, FLOW will help you increase your focus, train your mind, build up strength, improve your flexibility and your mobility in your body and in your head, on and off the mat.

  • Each class is created to welcome any level of strength and flexibility. We invite our athletes to adapt their practice to their own physical possibilities, according to their strength, their energy level, their flexibility.

    We emphasize on doing whatever their body allows them to do right here, right now, knowing that everything varies from day to day. We do our very best to increase mindfulness in every session, in the body and in the mind, in order to provide an adapted class according to anyone’s level.

  • In FLOW, music and lights are guiding the energy of the class. It will either help the athletes find more motivation or help them relax the mind at different moments of the session. Coaches curate their playlists to flow with the intensity of the workout, keeping the light dimmed to invite the athletes to focus on their own mat and on their own practice.


Flow classes

  • A 50-minute dynamic vinyasa-based class. Expect a mindful, music-driven, high-energy experience in a candle lit studio. In this signature class, the flow evolves by using repetition and different variations of poses and movements so as to build heat and to create an accessible yet challenging experience for students of all levels. This class will improve your practice all the while complementing your strength with increased mobility. It’s a great class to balance out your other workouts. Available in both heated (28C) and non-heated formats.

  • This class is just the chill you’ve been looking for. Clear tensions, improve circulation, mobilization of the joints, and increasing of flexibility with our chill classes. It’s a slow-paced style of yoga that aims to promote deep relaxation and calming down the nervous system through a variety of seated poses held for 3 to 5 minutes. This class is a great complement to your workouts as it will help you soften your muscles while leaving you de-stressed and chilled. Available in both heated (28C) and non-heated formats.

  • The essence of a signature class turned into a yang/yin experience. Expect a shorter flow with repetition and space for free movement and discovery. The “yang” portion wraps up and then moves smoothly into the restorative portion. Available in both heated (28C) and non-heated formats.

  • A class combining slow, mindful movement and long yin holds, accompanied by soft, ambient music and the soothing vibrations of singing bowls. This immersive experience creates space to unwind, release tension, and improve mobility, making it ideal for recovery, calming the nervous system, and re-energizing the body.

Every Sunday at 6PM at our SWPC™. Members with an unlimited SWPC™ membership can book the class at no extra cost, while non-members can join by purchasing a €30 workshop pass via our app.
