CHAÏMA
Chaïma is a Belgian singer and sound practitioner who has always moved between performance and self-exploration. Her path is guided by passionate sensitivity, deep curiosity about the human experience and a strong desire to understand how the body and mind truly function. She is driven and constantly seeking growth.
She began her career in the luxury industry but never fully felt aligned in that environment. While working there, she continued to pursue music and performance, knowing intuitively that her path would eventually shift toward something more embodied and meaningful. After attending many sound baths, she often felt something practical was missing, like techniques she could use herself to regulate her nervous system. During a residency in Turkey, she met her mentor, which marked the beginning of a deeper journey into sound healing. From there, she studied breathwork, frequencies, voice alchemism and nervous system regulation while being guided within that mentorship, discovering that the human voice is the most powerful instrument for self-regulation. Chaïma has since led sessions in Germany, Belgium, Holland and Japan.
She is loving, intuitive, driven and deeply committed to what she does. As a teacher, she is present, attentive, structured yet fluid balancing precision with sensitivity. Her lifestyle revolves around art, music, movement, travel, constant learning and creative exploration. She is an artist that continuously study the brain, muscular patterns, breath mechanics and the impact of frequency on physiology, refining her work every day.

Chaima’s teaching is both active and passive balanced between activation and relaxation, cold and warm, grounded and flowy. She doesn’t only guide people through an experience, she gives them tools they can use on their own whenever they need to regulate themselves. For Chaima, recovery is the ability to consciously shift your state. She believes that when people understand how breath, voice and the nervous system interact, they regain agency over their performance, their stress and their energy.
