DENISSE


Denisse is a Mexican wellness and movement practitioner based in Belgium. Her passion for health and performance developed while working in the medical device industry, where she was exposed to the importance of preventive health and lifestyle improvements.

After moving to Belgium, she deepened her commitment to fitness and mindfulness through yoga and ride classes, eventually becoming a certified yoga instructor (200H YTT) in 2024. Practicing yoga since 2018, she integrates breathwork, movement, and recovery into her approach to well-being.

Inspired by her travels to Nordic countries and their sauna culture, Denisse completed Sauna Master training in Copenhagen and now incorporates thermal contrast therapy into her practice.

As a teacher, she focuses on helping people reconnect with their bodies through movement, breath, and recovery. Her lifestyle is centered around wellness, travel, nature, and practices that support both physical and mental resilience.

 
  • Denisse’s teaching style is grounded, energizing, and intentional. Her philosophy centers on balance; combining strength, cardio, and recovery practices to build resilience in body and mind. Through movement and breath, she encourages exploration, reset, and a deeper connection with the body.

  • Yoga, Aerial Silk, Move, Spinning, HIIT, boxing or just trying new gym routines and weightlifting

  • Having a glass of warm water while she prepares a mocaccino. Skincare is essential, also uses gua sha and cold water.
