We offer VO₂max and Lactate Threshold testing at our Social Wellness Performance Club™. These tests deliver science-backed insights into your true fitness capacity and metabolism, empowering you to train smarter, push harder, and measure your progress over time. Tests include a 1-1 coach debrief and a digital results report, while the lactate test also provides your threshold curve, detailed data, and personalized training zones.
Sessions available for both members and non-members of our club, they can now be booked online in the service section of the Animo Studios app.
