Move, strengthen,
and stretch your limits

A 50 minute class designed to challenge and change the way you MOVE. Every class is a hybrid blend of functional strength training, mat pilates, with the flow and coordination of yoga and dance conditioning. This is a rhythmic and non-linear, full-body approach to training on the mat; working muscles to fatigue, and finding length and fluidity in every movement. 

  • Allow the beats to not only energize your movement but also act as a guide to how fast or slow the movements should be performed. By utilizing rhythm as a tool you will notice an increased level of control, stability, and mind-body connection.

  • MOVE is led by professionally trained Pilates instructors who bring experience from other movement disciplines like dance, yoga, and cheerleading. Our coaches will create movement patterns that will increase your functional movement capabilities and also keep your mind engaged and focused.

  • We encourage an environment that allows you the space to stretch your limits, but everyone has a day they may need to modify. Whether you are new to MOVE or have been practicing for a while, be conscious of what your body needs, and ask the coach when you need a modification or an advancement.


MOVE+

This specialised 50-minute session integrates the core principles of MOVE with the addition of functional strength and resistance training utilizing props such as weights and bands. Engage your core, improve coordination, and build endurance as you incorporate targeted resistance exercises into your workout. Only available at ANIMO Flagey & Cinquantenaire.

MOVE [Technique]

This focused mat Pilates session returns to the foundational principles of MOVE, emphasizing precision, control, and alignment. Designed for both newcomers and experienced movers, the class breaks down essential Pilates movements at a controlled pace to refine technique, deepen breath, and improve body awareness. Through detailed cueing and mindful movement, you’ll build stability, coordination, and a stronger connection to the quality behind each exercise.
