AMELIE


Amélie is a Belgian coach with a background in fitness and personal training, where her first passion was strength training. Over time, her focus naturally evolved towards mobility, mindful movement and Pilates-inspired training. She is NASM certified and has also completed a pre- and postnatal fitness certification.

For Amélie, movement is a playground where music, breath, control and body awareness come together. She loves creating classes that feel both intentional and playful, helping people reconnect with their bodies, move more freely and experience movement beyond just exercise. Her goal is to create a space where people feel safe to challenge themselves, let go and fully connect with the music and their body.

Outside of coaching, she enjoys cooking, discovering different cuisines, experimenting with essential oils and spending time with her little parrot, Choco.

 
  • Amélie believes movement is one of the most powerful ways to get to know yourself. Her classes focus on control, body awareness and connection, while helping people become both physically and mentally stronger and more confident in themselves.

  • The best workout advice Amélie ever received was to find balance between work and rest. Recovery is where the body grows, rebuilds and becomes stronger — so rest should never be underestimated.

  • Amélie finds inspiration in the people around her, believing everyone carries small qualities or pieces to look up to. She also finds inspiration in silence and stillness, where her creative mind truly starts to come alive.
