During each session, you will rotate across multiple custom-built stations ensuring a full-body workout that challenges every muscle group.

Special classes

  • Although this class may still include some cardio work on the echo bike and rower, the main focus of this class is resistance and muscular endurance over high intensity intervals. The aim here is to build lean muscle mass. You can therefore expect less cardio and conditioning than a regular perform class, although you will break a sweat, guaranteed !


  • The main difference from a regular class lies in the choice of exercises and the specific targeting of the lower body & core. You can therefore expect lots of lower body training, compound movements, as well as exercises that will target and isolate your abs and core. Like all perform classes, we will still include some form of cardio training, although less than regular classes.

  • Our Hyrox Prep class focuses on specialized training tailored to the specific demands of the Hyrox competition. While maintaining an emphasis on cardiovascular fitness and HIIT, this class incorporates strength-building exercises and sport-specific drills to equip athletes with the skills and endurance needed to excel in Hyrox events.

  • Designed to simulate real competition conditions, this workshop will help you train effectively for any upcoming HYROX event you have planned. This special extended class will take place in our turfed Perform zone that features all HYROX stations and official HYROX equipment. Expect at least two long training circuits. 

    This 90’ minute session is perfect to get you race-ready and improve your performance, whether you are racing soon or not. 

    Members with an unlimited SWPC™ membership can book the class at no extra cost, while non-members can join by purchasing a €30 workshop pass via our app.
