Kate was born and raised in Bangkok, Thailand. At 24, she moved to Qatar to work as a flight attendant for one of the world’s leading airlines, embracing a fast-paced, global lifestyle for eight years.

When the COVID-19 pandemic brought travel to a halt, she turned her passion into a profession by becoming a certified trainer. With three years of experience in the fitness industry, she is also a certified pre- and postnatal fitness instructor, dedicated to supporting women through every stage of life.

Known for her warmth, empathy, and signature Thai hospitality, Kate brings genuine care and connection to her clients. Recently relocated to Belgium, she enjoys quiet strolls with her pets, soaking in the charm of her new surroundings. A passionate home cook, Kate loves crafting spicy Thai dishes that celebrate her rich cultural roots.

  • She proudly practices Muay Thai, embracing the "Art of Eight Limbs" as a way to honor her Thai heritage. In her free time, she enjoys training in this dynamic martial art. To boost her performance and prevent injuries, she consistently incorporates stretching and mobility exercises into her routine, enhancing both her flexibility and range of motion.
