To make the most of your experience, we recommend arriving at least 10 minutes early. Especially if it’s your first time. At arrival of every session, you’ll receive a complimentary towel and specialized cycling shoes to enhance your experience as you clip into the bike, ensuring an optimal ride. For first-timers, our coaches and front desk team are there to guide you through bike setup, operations, and clipping in – setting you up for success. All you need to bring is your water bottle, and we'll take care of the rest.
