VALENTIN


Valentin, also known as "V," is Belgian-French with Italian roots. His journey into the fitness world began in his early twenties with weightlifting, where he learned the fundamentals of effective training. From there, he quickly broadened his expertise, exploring everything from group fitness to functional training. He also developed strong skills in martial arts and has recently taken on the challenge of training for a triathlon.

With over 10 years of experience in the industry—and after a year-and-a-half adventure through Australia—Valentin is now back in Belgium, ready to help you reach your goals, push your limits, build new skills, and most importantly, enjoy the journey.

On a personal note, V is endlessly curious and loves diving into all kinds of knowledge. He’s vegetarian, gluten-free, lactose intolerant, and usually in bed by 9 p.m.—but somehow, still manages to be fun at parties.
