ALEXANDRE


Alexandre is originally from France but has spent the past 12 years living abroad, from the United States to Italy, and now Belgium.

A former elite decathlete, he dedicated years to pushing his body to its limits in pursuit of peak performance. Following a career in strategy consulting, he chose to add a new dimension to his life by helping others achieve their fitness and athletic goals.

His workouts are known for their intensity, often challenging clients to exceed what they believed was possible. Drawing on his experience in high-level sports, Alexandre follows a holistic coaching philosophy that emphasizes flexibility, stability, strength, and endurance.

Outside of his coaching sessions, he enjoys cooking and exploring the culinary world, often reading about new restaurants and food trends.
