Fredo is a Brussels-based endurance runner with Portuguese roots, balancing a corporate career alongside his passion for running. Over the years, he has developed a strong interest in endurance sports, with a particular focus on structured training and race preparation. For him, running is not just about effort, it's about planning, consistency, and progression.

As a coach, he brings a thoughtful and performance-driven approach, helping others build discipline, improve their level, and better understand their training. His sessions combine structure and intensity, always with the goal of pushing you forward while keeping things sustainable.

  • His favorite restaurant in Brussels is Old Boy. For drinks, you’ll likely find him on the terrace at Grand Central. And as a bit of a running geek, he tends to spend most of his money at Handshake.
