GLORIA

Originally from New York City, Gloria spent over 15 years living in Rome, Italy—a place that deeply shaped her perspective on movement, teaching, and life. A lifelong mover, she has explored a wide range of modalities—from martial arts and dance to yoga—earning a black belt in Taekwondo and multiple yoga teaching certifications. In 2016, after a traumatic injury, she discovered Reformer Pilates as part of her rehabilitation. This sparked a deeper curiosity that led her to teacher training and ultimately to teaching Pilates herself.

As both a person and instructor, she is dynamic, grounded, and encouraging—pushing students to step outside their comfort zones and grow stronger, bit by bit. Her classes blend technical precision, hands-on adjustments, and a touch of NYC humor.

Beyond the studio, you can find her vibing at Ancienne Belgique, in Parc 50naire with her two dogs, and sharing delicious (probably Asian!) meals with close friends.
