ISABELLA
Isabella is half-Canadian, half-Italian and grew up in Toronto. Sports and being outdoors has always been a central part of her life. Her understanding of the value of movement is shaped by 10 years as a competitive rower, alongside her Bachelor of Kinesiology and Master of Medical Sciences in Public Health.
After working in the public health sector in Brussels for several years, she realised she wanted a more tangible approach to supporting people’s health and wellbeing. Having experienced the benefits of massage therapy throughout her own recovery from sports injuries and major hip surgery, Isabella became certified in sports massage therapy. She is passionate about helping others in their own journeys whether that means improving athletic performance or everyday movement and wellbeing.
Isabella also enjoys traveling to see family and friends, making digital art and prints, and is always looking for a new mountain to hike around the world!
