ISOTTA
Originally from Italy, Isotta moved to Amsterdam at 19 and lived there for eight years before settling in Brussels. With a background as a pediatric and perinatal physiotherapist, she brings evidence-based knowledge and a deep understanding of the body into her approach to movement. Her passion for guiding women through pregnancy and postpartum began with a simple belief — that strength and softness can coexist.
Her sessions are empowering, mindful, and rooted in connection; she meets every woman where she is, helping her move with confidence and awareness. Empathetic, energetic, and curious by nature, Isotta finds inspiration in connection — with people, nature, and movement itself.
Outside the studio, you’ll find her running through Brussels, hiking in the mountains, or sharing good food and long talks with friends. For her, movement isn’t just about training — it’s about feeling alive in your own body and shaping life with intention, one step, one breath, one rep at a time.
