ALEXANDRA


Alexandra is an American currently living her own European dream in Brussels. She started working in the fitness industry in 2015 as a personal trainer in Prague, Czech Republic and in 2019 she completed a 200 hr yoga teacher training. A love of health, fitness, and language has driven her to coach people from all over the world.

She loves movement in any form, and aims to combine aspects of the fitness world (strength, mobility, and endurance) with the more traditional sides of yoga (breath work, patience, and intention).

 
  • "FUNctional." Alexandra strives to create dynamic and enjoyable classes for her students. Movement should enhance the quality of ones life, so let's enjoy it together!

  • Something colorful and protein-rich, and ideally shared with friends.

  • Knowing that each day can be better than the last. We can learn something new, love deeper, and experience more of this big beautiful world.
