THERESA


Theresa discovered her love for yoga while living in London and instantly knew she wanted to share it with others. In 2023, she completed her 200-hour Hatha and Vinyasa teacher training and began teaching shortly after.

Her classes are fluid and playful, featuring creative transitions that keep the practice dynamic and engaging. She fosters a welcoming space where students feel supported, challenged, and connected. For Theresa, yoga is much more than movement — it’s about aligning body, mind, and soul to create a deep sense of inner balance and interconnectedness.

When she’s not teaching, you’ll likely find her out walking her beloved dog — often using the stroll as the perfect excuse to pick up the best coffee in town.

Originally from Salzburg, Theresa has always been drawn to new places. Since 2021, she’s called Brussels home — a city that continues to challenge and shape her in the best ways, offering a grounding mix of movement, community, and friendship.
