Victoria’s journey is rooted in movement, emotion, and transformation.
Back in 2014, yoga found her when she needed it the most. It helped her reconnect with her body, find clarity, and begin a deeper journey within.
Since 2017, she’s been sharing flows that blend strength, breath, and emotion — mixing athletic precision with inner softness.
A lifelong mover and now an accomplished athlete, Victoria believes in the power of conscious movement to balance body and mind, on and off the mat.
Her classes are an invitation to explore your edges, slow down when needed, and feel deeply — because movement is more than physical. It’s a way of being, of evolving. Whether you’re a beginner, a runner, or just someone looking for more grounding, she holds space for you to flow your own way.
