EVELIEN
Originally from the far Flanders, movement has always been Evelien’s way of balancing out the chaos. What started as a counterweight to building a tech startup slowly turned into spending more and more time in the studio. Being front row, teacher’s pet energy, fully hooked on working out. At some point, one studio simply told her: “you could teach.” So she did.
Since then, she’s been coaching full-time, teaching rhythm cycling, reformer and pilates classes that are grounded in consistency, precision and presence. Expect warmth, confidence, and challenge.
Outside the studio, life is a mix of structure and complete spontaneity. Evelien is into calisthenics, jiu jitsu, triathlon training and upbeat spinning sessions, but equally into absolute recovery sessions doing nothing. The books next to her bed are a mix of stoic philosophy and sport science, as movement for Evelien means clearing the mind as much as strengthening the body.
