OLIVIA
Born and raised in the peaceful Belgian Ardennes, Olivia later moved to Brussels to study. As an adult, she began building a career in the corporate world, but soon felt the need for balance between long hours at her desk and her own well-being. Although movement was always part of her life, what used to be a personal practice gradually grew into teaching, driven by her desire to create genuine connection and help people feel their best. Health has always been a priority for her, and she finds joy in supporting others to sustain theirs. Olivia believes movement should be more than just exercise — a moment to release, to reconnect with yourself.
Her teaching style blends precision and intention with encouragement, creating space for students to challenge themselves, build strength, and leave feeling grounded, energized, and balanced. Attentive, challenging, and enerizing, Olivia teaches with the intention of making every student feel seen and empowered. She will guide you to move with precision and intention, while encouraging you to push beyond your limits through a fun but challenging class.
