NINA


Born and raised in Brussels, Nina initially followed a very different path: one shaped by policy papers and consulting briefs.

Movement has always been part of her story, and eventually, she traded her blazer for activewear and found her true rhythm in the world of wellness. Through yoga and sound healing, she discovered deeper grounding. What started as a physical practice soon grew into something more profound: a way to navigate stress, reconnect with herself, and move with intention. Every day, she’s grateful for having listened to her inner voice. She likes to say that, like the cycles of the moon, we evolve and change; it’s all about embracing every phase life brings.

Since then, Nina has expanded her practice to Pilates and reformer work. Yoga remains the anchor and guiding thread in all her classes. Expect a calm yet powerful space to ground yourself, reset, breathe consciously, and realign.

Outside the studio, Nina is passionate about travel and food. Whether trekking through nature or discovering new culinary gems in the city, she draws inspiration from movement, culture, and the joy of shared experiences.
