Whether you're stepping onto the Reformer for the first time or looking to fine-tune an advanced practice, this private session is all about you—your pace, your goals, your body. In a calm, supportive setting, you’ll receive hands-on guidance and expert coaching to help you build confidence on the machine, learn key techniques for safe and effective movement, and gain personalized feedback to improve your form and body awareness. You’ll also discover how to adapt or intensify group class exercises to meet your unique needs.
Sessions available for both members and non-members of our club, they can now be booked online on the Animo Studios app.
To book a session, simply purchase a Private Reformer pass (available to both members and non-members) through our ANIMO app.
Once you have your pass, you can book a training slot directly in the app at a time and with a coach that works for you.
