Our RIDE classes are known for being a practice where athleticism and precision meet. We believe that great coaching is more than delivering a workout. It’s about creating an atmosphere, holding the rhythm, and guiding the room with presence. Our coaches inspire through energy, but also through knowledge, awareness, and intention. They bring curiosity for the science of fitness, care for form and progression, and the ability to connect with every athlete in the room.

What we're looking for

  • Able to teach at least 4 classes per week, incl. 1 fixed weekend slot (late afternoons included)

  • Weekday availability from 7 AM and/or 5 PM is a big plus

The application
& audition process

The next audition will take place on Saturday, 13 September, from 14:00 to 17:00. Once you submit your application, all details regarding the audition—what to prepare, what to bring, and what to expect—will be shared with you via email.

Successful candidates will be invited to the ANIMO RIDE Academy, our immersive coaching program designed to bring you fully into the ANIMO way of teaching. The academy covers the core elements of RIDE instruction, including:

  • Advanced on-bike techniques and class pacing

  • Choreography and translating music into movement

  • Strength, endurance, and body-awareness coaching

  • Form, alignment, and rider safety

  • Motivational and communication skills

  • Personal teaching style development with individual feedback

The program is customized for the selected group, taking into account each participant’s experience and level. It typically runs 4–8 weeks, with 4–6 hours of training per week across a mix of weekdays and weekends. The exact schedule will be designed based on the group’s needs and where each coach stands in their journey.

The academy ends with test classes in front of real riders, serving as the final evaluation—passing means you’re ready for the schedule. Afterward, you’ll teach community classes, open to all ANIMO riders, to continue building your skills and presence.
