As our in-house Sports Nutritionist, you’ll work across the full performance spectrum—from daily gym-goers and health-conscious individuals to amateur and professional athletes—delivering tailored, evidence-based nutrition strategies that drive results.

You’ll collaborate with our broader performance team (personal trainers and physiotherapists) to support clients through training cycles, recovery phases, and long-term lifestyle optimisation. Your work will sit at the core of our integrated fitness and wellness ecosystem.


Your key responsibilities

Nutrition Programming
& Implementation
Design and deliver individualized nutrition protocols based on each client’s goals, training load, and physiological profile.
Use tools like our InBody body composition scanner to monitor progress, track key metrics, and inform iterative nutrition plans
Adjust nutritional strategies based on biomarkers, training phase, performance feedback, and client lifestyle.

Athlete Counseling & Education
Lead one-on-one consultations, offering practical, science-backed guidance on fueling, hydration, supplementation, digestive health, and performance recovery.
Propose and work with our Head of Fitness & Wellness on workshops and educational sessions to promote smarter eating habits, bust myths, and build nutritional literacy across our community, for both coaches, staff and clients.

Integrated Performance Support
Collaborate closely with our personal trainers, group instructors, physiotherapists, and Performance Lab team (VO2 Max & Lactate testing) to create holistic, interdisciplinary client journeys.
Participate in client case reviews to ensure consistent progress across training, recovery, and nutrition dimensions.

Job description - Sports Nutritionist
Maintain structured client documentation including progress notes, adjustments, and outcome evaluations.
Help evolve internal protocols and continuously improve our standards of care and client impact.


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field, from a Belgian or EU- recognized institution.

  • Official registration as a Diététicien(ne) in Belgium (e.g. INAMI/RIZIV number) or eligible for diploma equivalence.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience working in high-performance settings such as gyms, fitness studios, sports clubs, or medical-wellness environments.

  • Proven experience delivering results for both general population clients and amateur/pro athletes.

  • Strong grasp of sports physiology, macronutrient periodization, and supplementation within athletic contexts.

  • Fluent in English, with fluency or solid working level of French and/or Dutch.

  • Confident communicator, able to translate clinical insights into motivational, actionable plans.
