This dedicated workshop led by ANIMO coach Boris offers focused, expert coaching to refine your squat and deadlift mechanics while introducing the Olympic clean - a dynamic lift that builds speed, coordination, and athletic performance. It’s designed for precision, progression, and real improvements in movement quality and confidence under load.

⁠⁠While it builds on concepts from the first Powerlifting Workshop, all levels are welcome, even if you didn’t attend previously. With individualized coaching and a hands-on format, you’ll get support whether you’re reinforcing the basics or learning Olympic lifting for the first time.

This two-hour session includes:
– 30 minutes of explanation and warm-up
– 70 minutes of guided practice
– 20 minutes of Q&A
