& Breathwork Facilitator

We are looking for an experienced facilitator to lead immersive Contrast Therapy sessions. In this role, you will guide small groups through a journey of heat and cold, utilizing the sauna and ice baths as tools for nervous system regulation.

You are not just watching a clock; you are curating an experience. You will combine traditional Aufguss (sauna pouring/towel techniques) with guided breathwork and meditation, creating a sensory environment using essential oils, lighting, and curated music.

Your key responsibilities

Guide the Journey
Lead members through structured cycles of Sauna (Heat) and Ice Bath (Cold) exposure.

Breathwork Coaching
Instruct members on specific breathing techniques (e.g., box breathing, up-regulation/down-regulation) to manage physiological stress and enhance mental focus during temperature changes.

The "Aufguss" Ritual
Perform basic to intermediate towel waving techniques to distribute heat and essential oil aromas effectively within the sauna.

Experience
Minimum 1 year of experience leading group breathwork, meditation, yoga or sauna rituals.

Certifications
Certification in Breathwork (e.g., Wim Hof, Oxygen Advantage, Pranayama) or a similar background.

Communication
Commanding yet calming vocal presence. Ability to hold space for a group.

Language
Fluent in English (French or Dutch is a plus).

Atmosphere Creation
Curate playlists and manage lighting to match the energy of the session (e.g., high energy for performance, low tempo for recovery).

Safety & Support
Monitor member safety and comfort levels at all times, specifically during cold water immersion.

Room Reset
Ensure the sauna and wet areas are clean, organized, and reset between sessions.
