Are you passionate about fitness, hospitality, and delivering exceptional experiences? We’re seeking enthusiastic, service-minded individuals to join our operations team, full or part-time!
As an integral member of the ANIMO team, you’ll play a key role ensuring our hospitality and services are always of the highest standard. You’ll be the face of the brand and interacting with our athletes on a continuous basis.
No prior experience? No problem! We’ll provide all the necessary training. What you do need however is a positive attitude, a proactive mindset, and a passion for people. That said, prior hospitality or barista experience is a big added-value !

Your key responsibilities
Be the first point of contact for our clients, warmly welcoming them and ensuring a seamless experience during every visit.
Uphold ANIMO's high standards of hospitality and service at all times.
Stay well-versed in operational procedures, including maintenance, client relations, and emergency protocols.
Show leadership by supporting and guiding your teammates when needed.
Build meaningful relationships with our athletes, always fostering a strong sense of community.
Maintain high levels of health and safety at all times.
Work on a flexible schedule, with shifts spanning Monday to Sunday, from 30 minutes before to 30 minutes after opening hours.
Embody and promote the ANIMO active lifestyle, proudly serving as a brand ambassador.
