As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering a variety of wellness treatments (massages, facials, body treatments, etc.) while maintaining a high standard of excellence in client care and hospitality. You will ensure that every guest leaves feeling rejuvenated and cared for, contributing to ANIMO's vision of being a wellness leader.

Your key responsibilities

Deliver exceptional spa treatments such as massages, facials, body treatments, and other related services.
Tailor treatments to meet the unique needs of each client, ensuring a personalised and luxurious experience. (Animo will be working Proverb & Barbara Sturm for the spa offerings, techniques and products).
Help maintain a serene, welcoming spa atmosphere in line with Animo's high-end branding, along with impeccable cleanliness and hygiene standards in treatment rooms and workspaces.
Build rapport with clients, encouraging loyalty and repeat bookings through superior service.
Collaborate with the broader wellness team to integrate spa services into Animo’s holistic offerings.
Keep updated on industry trends, techniques, and products to continually enhance the spa’s service offerings.
Adhere to all health, safety, and regulatory guidelines within the spa environment.
Act as a brand ambassador for Animo, embodying its values of wellness and luxury.

Certified qualifications in massage therapy, aesthetics, or other spa treatments.

Proven experience in high-end spas, wellness centers, or luxury hotels.
Excellent customer service skills with an emphasis on personalised, detail-oriented care.

Committed therapists who have the time and willingness to invest their hours (minimum 4 hours/week) including weekday evenings and weekends, based on spa demand.
Passionate about wellness, with a commitment to personal well-being and an active lifestyle.
Proficient in multiple spa techniques and therapies (e.g., Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, etc.).
Fluent in English. Proficient in French / and or Dutch would be nice. Any other language is a plus.
