Menstrual Cycle and Performance Workshop

Join us on Sunday, March 8 or 15 (2-5PM) for an empowering workshop on Menstrual Cycle and Performance led by Hanne Claes and Elise Lasser, two elite professional/Olympic athletes sharing both professional expertise and personal experience.

Together, they’ll guide you through how the menstrual cycle impacts nutrition, energy levels, strength, endurance, weight changes, mood, stress, recovery and injury risk. Expect honest insights from life as professional athletes, combined with practical tools you can apply immediately to your own training.

During this 3-hour workshop, you will:

  • Learn how hormones influence performance across different phases

  • Understand nutrition needs & supplement strategies tailored to your cycle

  • Discover how to time workouts & recovery more effectively

  • Look at ways to track your cycle and build your own personalized training calendar

  • Join an open group discussion & Q&A

  • Participate in a guided workout with exercises adapted to the menstrual phase

Please make sure to bring something to take notes, including different coloured pens, and wear comfortable clothing suitable for the guided workout.

Registrations can be done through the app (€30 for SWPC members, €60 for non-members) and spots are limited.
