Introducing our new Running Skills Series, a workshop program designed to help you build stronger foundations, refine your technique, and develop the key skills needed to become a more complete and confident runner.
Throughout the series, we will host dedicated workshops combining practical coaching with accessible theory to help you better understand how your body performs, how to move more efficiently, and how to support your running through smarter training habits.
Whether you’re preparing for the 20K of Brussels, your next 21k or 42k, training for HYROX, or simply looking to improve your running skills, this series is designed to support your progression.
All workshops are adaptable to different levels and backgrounds. Each session stands on its own while contributing to a bigger picture: helping you train smarter, move better, and feel stronger in your running, all within our supportive community environment.
