This dedicated workshop led by ANIMO coach Boris offers focused, expert coaching to refine your squat and deadlift mechanics while introducing the Olympic clean - a dynamic lift that builds speed, coordination, and athletic performance. It’s designed for precision, progression, and real improvements in movement quality and confidence under load.
While it builds on concepts from the first Powerlifting Workshop, all levels are welcome, even if you didn’t attend previously. With individualized coaching and a hands-on format, you’ll get support whether you’re reinforcing the basics or learning Olympic lifting for the first time.
The sessions are scheduled on Friday 25/04 (3–5PM) and Saturday 03/05 (2–4PM), and include:
– 30 minutes of explanation and warm-up
– 70 minutes of guided practice
– 20 minutes of Q&A
All sessions are listed in the app on their respective dates. Bookings open 14 days in advance, and each session must be reserved separately through the app.
Registration is free for SWPC members, while non-SWPC members can purchase a €30 workshop pass. Spots are limited.
